MAKING FITNESS FUN AGAIN
For many children, going for a bike ride and playing games outside with their friends have turned into playing video games and watching TV. School P.E. programs are being cancelled while child obesity is on the rise. But, it’s not too late to get your kids into a fitness program that is fun and challenging.
Most adults think of exercise as boring and repetitive and they imagine going to a gym to use a treadmill or elliptical machine. But for kids exercise means playing and being active, and this is where we come in.
SBC KIDS is a unique 4 week fitness program designed for kids ages 8 and up
It doesn’t matter if your child is the school star athlete or a couch potato, the program will be challenging and fun.
SBC KIDS is a combination of: Exercises, games, team activities, strength, endurance, and plyometrics. They will push, pull, run, throw, jump and lift while being supervised by a Master Fitness Trainer.
MAY SCHEDULE
4 May 2010 – 27 May 2010 (4 week Schedule)
Tuesday 4 – 4:45 PM
Wednesday 4 – 4:5 PM
Thursday 4 – 4:5 PM
You must sign up and pay in advance for the program you select
1 class per week = $40
2 Classes per week = $80
3 Classes per week = $100
These prices are for a 4 week session
Drop ins are not allowed as this is a size limited class
There is a 15% discount for families with 2 or more kids
