Warrior Fitness training is a member's only organization designed to get you into the best physical condition possible - bottom line!

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Your membership is a month long and it entitles you to attend any of the classes scheduled to include Saturday.

 

When you arrive, you are to be mentally prepared for a session that will work your body as a unit not in body parts.

 

After a warm up we will go into the main workout which might consist of some of the following:

 

Swings/Snatches/Hi-Pull with a Russian Kettle Bell

Snatch/Push-Press/Hang Clean with an Olympic Barbell

Suicides between 2 cones

Flip and jump in to and out of one of the heavy tires

Climbing the Rope or Peg Board

Or maybe we'll just do 150 Burpees and 150 Atomics

 

Not matter what we do you are required to complete the workout.

 

Should you have medical issues that will prevent you from being able to do some exercises safely, we will prescribe suitable alternative exercises.

 

This program works at any ability level.  From a beginner to the well conditioned individual.

 

We make sure you are challenged physically and mentally using some of the following tools:  

 

Russian Kettlebells

Olympic weights

Sandbags

Backpacks

Tires

Climbing ropes and Peg Board

Wheelbarrows with out the wheels
